Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form
ATTENTION! ALL ITEMS WITHOUT THE RMA FORM WILL BE REFUSED! WE DO NOT ISSUE RMA #'s.

THIS DOCUMENT MUST BE PRINTED, SIGNED, INITIALED, AND SENT WITH YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(s). PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT AND COMPLETE EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEM YOU HAD. This is an agreement between you and HobbyToyWarehouse. This Agreement states you fully understand and must abide by these terms in order to return any product back to HobbyToyWarehouse.

Please read the following carefully, sign and initial at the proper indicated areas.

Return Policy

1.  For us to stay competitive, offer the best service and the lowest price, we follow our return policy strictly and do not make any exceptions.  Shipping is non-refundable, as stated in the auction, under all circumstances, an exception may be made at HobbyToyWarehouse's discretion.

2.  All returns after 30-45 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the sale price on invoice.  The 15% restocking fee can only be applied after the expiration of 30 day money back guarantee period from the date of invoice.  The 15% restocking fee period is only applicable for 15 days. No refunds will be accepted afterwards.  Items that are returned after the 45 day period can only be exchanged for the same identical item if it is with the 1 year warranty period.

3.  All returns that are stated to be defective will be tested.  If it is found to be non-defective, it will result in a handling fee of 30% and the customer must pay to have the item returned back to them.  Customers will agree that they will abide by the findings of our technical support department.

4.  Customers agree to report lost of damaged shipping claims to HobbyToyWarehouse within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.  It is not our responsibility if your email does not reach us.  Sometimes, your mailbox will filter out our emails and we are not responsible if that happens.  We will try our best to reply back within 2 business days and if you do not receive our reply in the 2 business days, please email us with an alternate email address stating you contacted us 2 business days prior to sending us a new email.  Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any possible remedy from HobbyToyWarehouse.

5.  HobbyToyWarehouse does not offer advanced replacements under any circumstances.

6. If HobbyToyWarehouse should receive a damaged, manipulated, dismantled, or out of warranty product(s) that I ship, I agree to pay to send the product back so that HobbyToyWarehouse does not incur any unnecessary shipping charges.

6.  All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, including Dead on Arrival products.  No C.O.Ds will be accepted. While we realize that it is not your fault if you have received a product that is defective, but please understand we are also not at fault as well -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with.  All merchandise received by HobbyToyWarehouse, regardless of the condition (i.e. incorrect or defective) must be returned in original packaging or similar quality packaging and shipped via a traceable carrier and insured. If a package arrives at HobbyToyWarehouse warehouses and shows visible outside signs of damage the package will be refused, all warranties revoked, and it will become the customer's responsibility to seek compensation from the shipping company used i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS.

7.  We reserve the right to issue credits or refunds in exchange for returned merchandise, or to replace merchandise with new or repaired, used, or reconditioned parts

8.  All credits will be issued within 20 business days once we confirm that this is the only solution to solve your return.

9.  Return the item with its original packaging, invoice, and a copy of your payment (PayPal receipt or photocopy of your money order stub)  to:
